Donation Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your donation, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

For donations made at our day1.org site:
If you have made an error in your donation or have changed your mind about contributing to The Alliance for Christian Media, we will honor your request for a refund made within 30 business days of your donation.

To request a refund, call (888) 411-3291 or email us at info@day1.org. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation via credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

 

Recurring Donation Change or Stop Policy

To change or stop your monthly recurring giving, please call us at (888) 411-3291. 

 

Recurring Donation Refund Policy

Donors have the option to stop recurring donations at any point. The Alliance for Christian Media will be able to refund the previous months donations only. See above for our Donation Refund Policy.

Overpayment or Error Refund Policy

Where an error has been made by The Alliance for Christian Media or a banking facility which results in an overpayment being made, The Alliance for Christian Media may, in consultation with the donor refund by either a credit of the overpayment to the donor, or alternatively by check for the full amount of the overpayment. Checks will be sent within 30 days to the donor’s on file address.

Product Refund Policy

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items:

  • Audio
  • Video
  • Text Media

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@day1.org and send your item to:  2715 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, GA, 30305, United States.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:  2715 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, GA, 30305, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
