We, the staff of The Community Church, are pleased and proud to serve this vital, faithful, and exciting congregation in Christ’s name.
The mission statement we have written together demonstrates, we think, our confidence in this community of faith as well as our admiration for the significant commitments it holds and the contributions it seeks to make here in Vero Beach, in our nation, and abroad. It simply states that The Community Church strives to be a people who trusts in the love of God, embodied in Jesus the Christ, and gratefully responds by accepting our call to worship joyfully, to learn diligently, and to care through eager service.
In the manner of every faithful church body across the centuries, we gather to draw strength from one another and from God in our worship, and we scatter to share the love of Christ in our world.
