The Rev. Dr. Kathi Martin

Rev. Dr. Kathi E. Martin is an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ. She is the former pastor of First Immanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church, founder of God, Self, and Neighbor (GSN) Ministries, and former Minister for Multi-cultural Outreach at First Metropolitan Community Church. Presently Dr. Martin serves at The Victory Church in Stone Mountian, GA, and is a board member of the United Church of Christ Coalition for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Concerns.

 

Dr. Martin has a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from The New Jersey Institute of Technology, a Master of Divinity from The Interdenominational Theological Center, and a Doctor of Ministry from Columbia Theological Seminary where her project was entitled: Wounded and Healed in the House of a Friend: The Faith Experience of African American Gay and Lesbian Persons.
