The Rev. Dr. Steve A. ("Sam") Martin is chair of the board of the Presbyterian Church Foundation, and a principal in the consulting firm Martin/Frankel in Winston-Salem, NC. An ordained Presbyterian minister, he is also a trustee of the Alliance for Christian Media.

He is sought as speaker and facilitator, seminar leader, and consultant to senior management on strategy, team effectiveness, career development and corporate ethics.

He formerly served as head of the Governmental Services Institute at Louisiana State University, and as Professor and Vice President of Union Theological Seminary, Richmond, Virginia.

He holds degrees from Rhodes College, Union Theological Seminary and Louisiana State University.
