The Rev. Dr. W. Mark Ralls is senior minister of Centenary United Methodist Church in Winston-Salem, N.C.

Ralls came to Centenary in 2011 after serving as senior minister of Asbury First United Methodist Church in Rochester, N.Y. for four years. Before that he served three congregations in the Western North Carolina Conference of the United Methodist Church.

Ralls is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, received his M.Div. from Duke University Divinity School, and his Ph.D. in systematic theology from Princeton Theological Seminary.

He is the co-author of "Is This All There Is? And Other Big Questions about God and Life" and is one of the creators of the "Beginnings" series of courses introducing Christian beliefs and practices.
