Before coming to Sebastian in July 2021, he served as the pastor of United Methodist churches in Inverness and Anthony FL, and earlier at Baptist churches in Georgia, Florida, and Kentucky.

Don earned his B.A. in religion from Samford University, and his M.Div. and D.Min. degrees from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY.
