The Rev. Dr. Jeremy Shoulta

The Rev. Dr. Jeremy Shoulta is the Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church of Gainesville, GA, where he has served since April of 2020.

Prior to his time in Gainesville, Jeremy served as the Pastor of First Baptist Church of Black Mountain, North Carolina from 2016-2020. He also served as the Pastor of Maranatha Baptist Church in Plains, Georgia, from 2014-2016.

Jeremy was raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Georgetown College and a Masters of Divinity from the Baptist Seminary of Kentucky. He recently completed the Doctor of Ministry program at Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, North Carolina. Jeremy is an active participant in the life of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship.

Jeremy is married to Valarie Shoulta and is father to Maggie and Macy.
