The Rev. Milca Rivera is currently a PhD in Preaching student at Truett Seminary at Baylor University, a renowned institution for Christian ministry and church leadership. Previously, she pastored alongside her husband, the Rev. Héctor Iván Santiago, at Iglesia Cristiana de Deltona in Florida, where she developed a strong foundation in Bible teaching and effective church ministry.
A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Milca received her Master of Divinity degree from Asbury Theological Seminary, a leader in theological education. She and her husband graduated from Asbury together in 2021 and were ordained together in February 2022. They have two adult sons, Elías and Isaac.
