Many have lost the power of discerning what the true values of life are. The Rev. John R. Gunn writes, "God comes, and they would rather have more money. God comes, and they prefer the companionship of some Delilah. God comes, and they prefer to walk with the proud and haughty. The man who ceases to trust in God, cannot see good when it comes. Why? Because his eyes have been blinded by the false direction of his trust."
