Aaron Coyle-Carr is a second-year M.Div. student at Emory University's Candler School of Theology. He is also a graduate of Samford University, where he earned a B.A. in religion and classics and where he first learned to really preach. Aaron aspires to doctoral work in the field of New Testament and always desires to have his preaching informed by the best scholarship available.

He attends Berea Mennonite Church, an Anabaptist congregation in East Atlanta that boasts a nine-acre urban farm and is committed to creating just food systems in the city. In November, he married his college sweetheart, Leanna Coyle-Carr, who will be venturing to seminary herself when Aaron finishes at Candler. In his rare free moments, Aaron enjoys reading graphic novels and brewing his own beer.
